Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion - Participation in this ministry requires mandation from the Archdiocese after having attended a training session. Participants will then be assigned to assist in distributing Holy Communion.
Greeters are the first representatives of our parish when people enter the church. To participate in this ministry you should be able to provide a warm, friendly welcome, assist in directing new parishioners or visitors with name tags, and hand out bulletins. Greeters must also be available after Mass to wish parishioners a good day and answer any question they may have and to encourage new people to complete a registration form.
In this ministry, you will assist in preparing coffee and refreshments prior to Mass. After Mass duties include assisting in serving coffee and refreshments, and help in the clean up and storing of coffee pots, cups and other supplies.
