Our vision for Leadership and Discipleship Formation is inspired by the Upper Room, where Jesus held the Last Supper and where Mary and the Apostles awaited the Gift of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost. This room in Catholic tradition is called the Cenacle. Our own Cenacle gatherings will be for parish leadership, key volunteers, and anyone who feels ready to launch into missional discipleship. We hope to equip our own people, who have a servant-leader’s heart, with the tools they need to share the faith more effectively with others.
If you recognize the Spirit stirring in your heart, nudging you to greater participation in the mission and ministry of the Church, we want to invest in you—to build you up so that you can better serve in doing the Spirit’s work. The Cenacle is where the parish leaders of St. Charles come together to share a meal, share in community, in prayer, and in formation. We are confident that this will move St. Charles forward in our mission to bring others to Christ.
Our next Cenacle is Saturday, April 27th at 6pm!
