What: Calling all croppers, crafters, quilters, artists, and creatives! Join us for up to 26 hours of dedicated retreat time to work on your projects and engage in fellowship with other crafters. Don’t forget to invite your friends!

When: Friday, January 31 and Saturday, February 1, 2025 from 9:00 am until 10:00 pm. Doors open at 8:45 am both days.

Friday Only: $20

DETAILS

Both Days - Includes Trash & Treasure Table, one 8-foot reserved table, access to vendors, free WiFi, and free electricity* *Please bring your own longextension cord.

Friday (No Frills) - Water, Lemonade, and Iced Tea will be served throughout the day. Meals and snacks on your own.

Saturday - Includes pastries and coffee for breakfast, and snacks and a larger variety of drinks throughout the day. Optional Lunch and Dinner.

• Fill-a-Bag for $25 - We will have a large amount of New/Like-New craft supplies that have been generously and anonymously donated available for purchase, including 12×12 and 6×6 paper pads, embellishments of all sorts, and other utilities, tools, and accessories.

OTHER NOTES

***This is NOT an overnight retreat.*** Please make sure you have lodging arrangements made if you plan to attend both days. There are several nice hotels within a few miles each direction of the church.

Retreatants are welcome to attend our regularly scheduled Saturday Vigil Mass at 5:00pm during the retreat.

There will be assigned seating. Please list anyone you would like to sit next to when prompted.

Proceeds benefit the St. Charles Borromeo Parish Community by helping to defray the cost of our SCB Banquet in November.
